Indian Navy And NCB Seize 3300 Kg Drugs

In a joint operation by the Indian Navy and NCB, they apprehend a boat with drugs weighing over 3,000 kg off the Gujarat coast. This is the largest-ever seizure of narcotics in the Indian subcontinent. The international market value of these drugs is estimated to be more than Rs 2,000 crore. The narcotics, including 3,089 kg of cannabis, 158 kg of methamphetamine and 25 kg of morphine, were on board a boat manned by crew members, suspected to be Pakistani nationals.
