Gemini has been creating diverse images of the US Founding Fathers and Nazi-era German soldiers . Google’s decision to pause image generation of people in Gemini comes less than 24 hours after the company apologized for the inaccuracies in some historical images its AI model generated .

The FCC bans robocalls with AI-generated voices

The Federal Communications Commission is making it illegal for robocalls to use AI-generated voices. The ruling gives state attorneys general the ability to take action against callers using AI voice cloning tech. This restricts callers from using AI-powered voices for non-emergency purposes or without prior consent.

IISc Bengaluru comes up with warm vaccine against current strains of SARS-CoV-2. Unlike many vaccines in the market which require mandatory cold storage, the RS2 antigen can also be stored at room temperature for a month without the need for cold storage.
